Terms & Conditions
- Booking - Please send deposit at the time of confirming booking. The deposit will be 35% up to 50% of the total amount to be paid.
- Final Settlement - full amount outstanding must be paid at least 6 weeks before departure. If booking less than 6 weeks before departure full amount must be paid at that time.
- Cancellation by you - On receiving written cancellation by you the following cancellation fees will be charged
than 56 days ( 8 weeks) - deposit
- 56 days - 50%
- 21 days - 75%
- less than 14 days - 100%
- Changes by us - occasionally through circumstances beyond our control it is necessary to make changes or cancel holidays. In the event of this happening we will advise of any major changes. Any major changes will be advised before you travel (major changes include change of resort, change of accommodation to a lower standard, or withdrawal of major activities paid for).
In this instance you will be be given the choice of :
the changed arrangements as notified to youan alternative holiday, of a comparable standard if available (if less expensive we will refund the difference, if more expensive you will be charged the difference)your holiday and receiving a full refund
- You must be adequately insured for your wintersports holiday and give written details of which insurance you have taken before you travel.
- We cannot accept any liability or pay any compensation for any events outside our control - “force majeure” such as terrorist activity, war, riots, civil strife, industrial dispute, fire, adverse weather conditions and similar events beyond our control.
- You are responsible for any damages to the accommodation. Normally you will be asked to pay a deposit for an apartment on your arrival which can be up to 150 euros in cash. The owner will check your apartment on departure and return your deposit.
- Special Requests - any requests please put on your booking form - we cannot guarantee these but we will pass on to the relevant suppliers. If we cannot meet your special request we will not pay any compensation.
- At the time of sending the booking request of the apartment you automatically become "supporting-collaborator" of livignoskiapartments.com. To Become "supporting-collaborator" of the livignoskiapartments.com you need Just to Request one Apartment. This will give you the possibility to collaborate to the development of the Web-Site (www. livignoskiapartments.com) sending your ideas for possible improvements to the Web-Site. The possibility to accept Bookings from livignoskiapartments.com its reserved only to the livignoskiapartments "supporting-collaborator" people. Livignoskiapartments.com won't accept bookings to the people who doesn't possess the requisite.
